Drop-in Mindfulness Classes
Join me for one of my weekly “drop-in” classes held at various venues. Drop-ins can be 30-minutes or 1 hour in length depending on the venue and day you attend. All drop-in classes are free or donation-based depending on the venue. Classes are open to the public and suitable for both beginner and experienced meditators.
Weekly Saturday Drop-In, Claremont
I am excited to launch weekly “Saturday Mindfulness and Recovery” classes at Buddhamouse Emporium in Claremont. The “Mindfulness and Recovery” drop-ins are intended for individuals who wish to bring the practice of mindfulness to their recovery journey. We will come together to practice mindfulness in community and learn tools to bring calm, ease, well-being, and self-regulation into our lives. The weekly sittings will include practices and guided meditations to cultivate positive emotions (loving-kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity/serenity). Classes are open to individuals in recovery. No experience with mindfulness is necessary.
When: Weekly Saturday’s beginning Sept. 7, 2019

Weekly Thursday Drop-in, La Verne
Join in on my weekly 30 minute drop-in Mindfulness classes held every Thursday from noon till 12:30pm on the campus of the University of La Verne. The classes are free to the general public and to all students, faculty and staff. Drop-ins will be held throughout Fall semester (October 10-December 19). No registration and no fees. Just drop-in when you can.
