Drop-in Mindfulness Classes
Dr. Ali holds weekly drop-in sessions at the University of La Verne. These sessions are 30 minutes in length and are open to all students, staff, faculty and members of the community at large. The weekly drop-in sessions are free.
The current schedule of drop-in classes ends May 30. Drop-in classes resume beginning August 2019.
